The session includes the following:
Day 1:
Arrival in the afternoon.
Discovery of your bedroom
"Welcome drink", introduction to the Foie-Gras training session.
Tour of a feeding farm located at approx. 30 minutes of Manoir de la Brunie.
Back to La Brunie with the ducks.
Dinner
Day 2:
Breakfast
cutting and salting the duck
preparation of the liver
preparation of the duck meat
Lunch
Touristic tour: Beynac / Castelnaud
or the Proumeyssac chasm.
"Gastronomy dinner"
Day 3:
Breakfast
Cooking the meat, preparation of all preserves, etc.
Preparation of their conservation and recipes
Saint Cyprien market for those who wish
Lunch with some of the items you've cooked
Bye-bye.
Price of the training session
Trainee: 370 €
Accompanying person: 270 €
Add. cost for an individual bedroom: 90 €
This price includes the following: 2 nights in a double,
2 breakfasts
2 lunches
2 dinners, of which one "gastronomy dinner"
Beverages (wine and coffee for all traditional meals // home-made aperitif wine and coffee for the "Gastronomy dinner".

Travel, cancellation and extra fees are not included.
Conditions: the training sessions is for a minimum of 2 and a max. of 6.
Valid: Spring and Autumn seasons (please contact us, should you wish to come outside these two periods.
Note: please provide a cooler for your prepared items.
End-result: 1 approx. 500-gr foie-gras, preserves, grease, fresh duckbreast slices (magrets), etc.
